Mint Lassi




The combination of natural yogurt and mint is absolutely refreshing. This drink is a regular in my home especially in the summer months. But I love to drink it anytime of the year. It is not only refreshing but also a very healthy and nutritious. if you are a vegan, you can use soya yogurt to make this and it tastes equally delicious.


Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: None

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Natural yogurt - 5 tbsp

Water - 1.5 glass

Fresh Mint leaves - 10-12, washed and clean

Roasted cumin powder - 2 tsp

Asafoetida - 1 tsp

Himalayan salt or regular salt - to taste

Ice cubes - as many as you like

Method:

Add all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until all the ingredient are well combined. Take a glass with ice cubes and pour lassi on top. Serve cold.
